Down to the Bone

I accidentally started reading this book "Down to the Bone" by Mayra Lazara Dole about 4 days ago. I was cleaning a spot in my room where I have loads of different "crap" and came across this book and opened it ..then got hooked. I'm at the "Act Natural" part and I've decided to write a personal review on this book. Just to write my feelings and thoughts, also I'll have updates since I have a long way to go because I doubt I'll be able to read it everyday. So I hope whoever is checking my blog will like what I have to say.

Long Time...

Haven't been blogging like I should have...months have passed and no word from me.
I find it so interesting that when a lot of events do happen in my life I never say a word about it..not even write it out somewhere. I say I want to remember, but my actions show otherwise. Anyway I'll try to get back on this thing :)

Food & Emotions

My tummy growls yet my legs make no motion towards the fridge. With hunger pains I stay put, no matter what emotion i may be in food always plays a big part. I either eat a lot or nothing at all. In this certain situation sadness have taken over me for I have lost a loved one and nothing seems to matter. Usually i would be stuffing my face but i have the opposite effect...but why? Either way it's unhealthy.
